Returns & Exchanges Policy

INPI (Pty) Ltd follows the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) to ensure customer satisfaction. 

You may return unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If a product is returned due to change of mind, you will receive store credit once the item has been inspected and approved. Refunds are not issued for non-defective returns.

Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. If the incorrect product was sent due to our error, we will cover the return costs.

Please contact our support team before sending any returns to obtain return authorization and instructions.

RMA / Returns Policy

This RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy covers defective or damaged items purchased from inpc.co.za.

Products that become faulty within six (6) months of purchase due to manufacturing defects qualify for repair, replacement, or refund as per the CPA.

Before returning any product, you must request an RMA number by contacting our support team.

Returns without prior authorization may not be processed.

Upon receipt and inspection, we will determine whether the item qualifies for warranty service or replacement.

Physical damage or misuse voids the warranty. Software-related issues are not covered unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
